Grant Hill was getting paid to analyze all aspects of Tuesday's game between the Lakers and Warriors for TNT, but, like many fans, the seven-time All-Star knew he'd take a special interest any time Kobe Bryant and Klay Thompson were matched against each other. Bryant, who finished with four points, is playing probably the final season of a Lakers career that has included 17 All-Star appearances and five championships, and Thompson got his first All-Star nod and NBA title with the Warriors last season. Bryant, 37, came into Tuesday's game averaging 16.3 points on a career-low 33.1 percent shooting from the floor. Despite the shooting guards trending in opposite directions, Warriors interim head coach Luke Walton prepped his team to face the version of Bryant with whom he played in Los Angeles from 2003 through '12. Jason Richardson, who averaged 18.3 points per game during six seasons with the Warriors, was honored with a framed jersey in between the first and second quarters. A fan favorite, who was cheered at Oracle Arena even when he returned in opposing jerseys, got a rousing ovation from the sellout crowd.
