TORONTO - Many reporters wanted to talk about the Warriors and their historic season, but Stephen Curry, Draymond Green and Klay Thompson each managed to spend a portion of Friday's media session deflecting attention toward Kobe Bryant. The Lakers' legend will be playing in his 18th and final All-Star Game on Sunday. The Warriors' point guard said his favorite Bryant memory is when the shooting guard scored 81 against Toronto in 2006. Green said making his All-Star debut in Bryant's All-Star finale is special. In his rookie season, Green had just finished his pregame workout when Bryant strutted onto the floor and walked to the other end of the court. Green sat at the end of the Warriors' bench, watching everything that was happening on the Lakers' side. For all of the guys who play the shooting guard or wing position in my generation, at one point, we've all tried to emulate what he did. According to Bovada, Curry is the 9-to-4 favorite to win Saturday's three-point competition, and Thompson has the second-best odds at 7-to-2.
