The Warriors ruled Stephen Curry out for Tuesday's Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinal series against Portland, but only after having some fun first. "I'll just say 'he's doubtful,' just so we give everybody something to chew on," Warriors head coach Steve Kerr joked Monday. Curry, who took standstill shots Saturday, went through an on-court workout after the media exited the practice facility Monday. The most likely scenario for Curry, who has been sidelined with a strained right MCL since April 24, is to return for one of the games in Portland. Curry has played only 38 minutes in the playoffs, sitting out two games with a sprained right ankle and two with the knee injury. Every player has a pregame routine, including Curry's sprint to the baseline, Andrew Bogut asking the official to touch the game ball and Draymond Green dapping only his point guard. [...] he started 30 times in 910 regular-season games - only once in his final 11 seasons.
