SALT LAKE CITY — Center Damian Jones has been called up from the NBA Development League's Santa Cruz Warriors, Golden State announced Thursday afternoon. Jones, who could make his NBA debut Thursday night at Utah, has averaged 2.8 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.2 blocks in five games with Santa Cruz. Jones, 21, tore his right pectoral muscle while weight lifting 12 days before going 30th overall to the Warriors in June's NBA draft. Though he did non-contact work for a month-plus with Golden State ahead of his first stint with Santa Cruz, Jones has yet to fully participate in an NBA practice.
