NEW ORLEANS — Russell Westbrook has long appreciated high-end fashion. The Thunder guard wears head-scratching outfits to games, doodles designs in his free time and makes a point to track New York Fashion Week annually. During his eight-minute media availability at All-Star weekend, he responded to almost every question about his former Oklahoma City teammate, Warriors forward Kevin Durant, by turning the topic to fashion. Less than a week after both admitted that they didn't know how they'd handle being teammates again for a weekend, Durant and Westbrook sidestepped the chatter for the most part. Do everything I'm supposed to do, play the game and have some fun. When asked about Westbrook minutes later during his media scrum, Durant told reporters he wouldn't address the topic any more. "The only thing I want is for our players to enjoy the weekend," Kerr said when asked whether he'll help broker a conversation between Durant and Westbrook, who haven't spoken in an official capacity since that much-discussed text surfaced in Westbrook's inbox.
