The Toronto Raptors are learning how to survive, perhaps even thrive, without their injured All-Star point guard, Kyle Lowry. The Raptors, meanwhile, will take a four-game winning streak into their meeting with the Washington Wizards at the Air Canada Centre Wednesday night. The Wizards (35-23) scored 40 points in the first quarter and went on to defeat the Golden State Warriors 112-108 Tuesday with John Wall equaling his career high of 19 assists.
