After back-to-back runner-up finishes, the Warriors' Draymond Green moved to the top spot Monday night when he was named the NBA's Defensive Player of the Year. Kevin Durant's game-sealing three-pointer in Game 3 of the NBA Finals was chosen the Best Playoff Moment, Klay Thompson's 60-points-in-three-quarters game against Indiana on Dec. 6 was the Performance of the Year and GM Bob Myers was chosen the NBA Executive of the Year for the second time in three years. The game against the Pacers also featured the Assist of the Year, a play Green started with a length-of-the-court pass to Curry, who caught it and tossed it backward over his head for a trailing Kevin Durant who slammed it home. Green led the league in steals (2.03), was second in deflections (3.9), fifth in contested shots, eighth in player defensive rating (99.3 points allowed per 100 possessions) and 12th in blocks (1.39).
