Warriors and Clippers keep chipping awayLOS ANGELES — In a lot of ways, the meetings between the Warriors and Clippers have devolved into something closer to a WWE-like shouting match than a basketball rivalry.The games still generally include good play between the game's two best point guards and two inside guys vying for Defensive Player of the Year, but it's easy to miss the on-court beauty because of all of the off-court barking.Green, who has inflammation in both shins, probably won't play when the teams meet Tuesday at Staples Center, but he's always at the fulcrum of the squabbling in a series that has a history of it."Draymond thrives off of that stuff, so go for it," Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said.Green actually attempted to take a step back from all of the extracurricular stuff, removing "Cool Story, Glenn" shirts from his official online shop.Green used the catchphrase a handful of times during a radio interview two weeks ago, calling Clippers head coach Doc Rivers by his given name after the coach questioned Green's toughness.Rivers' comments came after Green glared at Clippers reserve Dahntay Jones for bumping him during a postgame interview March 8 and...
