Phil Jackson's New York Knicks didn't come anywhere near making the NBA playoffs, but that hasn't stopped him from throwing out his opinions about the teams that did. Jackson took to Twitter to casually ask how three-point oriented teams were doing in the playoffs, as if the answer wasn't obvious with Golden State down 2-1 to Memphis and Atlanta down the same to Washington. Unsurprisingly, fans of those trailing teams were not pleased with Jackson's insinuation. Tim Kawakami of the San Jose Mercury News went so far as to ask Warriors head coach Steve Kerr what he thought of Jackson's tweet, but he had a very direct (and dismissive) response. It's tough to come up with a creative, original trick dunk after 30 years of great dunk contests. Louisville commit Donovan Mitchell, though, came up with a simple dunk idea that's actually pretty tough to pull off. Mitchell shot a three, made it, and then swooped in to dunk the ball before it hit the ground. He makes it look much easier than it is, so our hat is off to him.
