DeAndre Jordan has chosen the Mavericks over the Los Angeles Clippers in what turned into a tense boom-or-bust wait for Dallas in pursuit of the free-agent center.Jordan, who turns 27 this month, led the NBA in rebounding the past two seasons and is coming off career-best averages of 11.5 points and 15.0 rebounds.Sacramento and point guard Rajon Rondo agreed to a one-year deal for $10 million, hours after shooting guard Marco Belinelli agreed to a $19 million, three-year contract.Belinelli, who spent two seasons (2007-09) with the Warriors, has played the past two seasons with San Antonio, helping the Spurs win the NBA championship in 2014.Free-agent shooting guard Gary Neal agreed to a $2.1 million, one-year contract with Washington. ...San Antonio assistant coach Becky Hammon will become the first woman to serve as the head coach of an NBA summer-league team, guiding the Spurs in Las Vegas.
