It's nothing short of remarkable when a family produces a world class athlete who can play at the highest level in his sport, but what about when a father and his three sons all reach the highest professional ranks? That's the case for the family of Golden State Warriors star Klay Thompson, whose father Mychal played 13 seasons in the NBA, his bother Mychel played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, and now another brother, Trayce, just got the call from the Chicago White Sox . Trayce was hitting .260 with 13 home runs at Triple-A Charlotte before getting the call, and was a second round pick out of high school in 2009. While he didn't get into the game for the White Sox on Monday night, he'll make his big league debut during his stint, making the Thompsons one of the most ridiculously accomplished athletic families we can think of, along with the Gronkowski brothers, the Molina Brothers, and the Jones brothers. That's fantastic company, and adds to a pretty cool year for Klay, who won the NBA title with the Warriors in June.
