The Warriors arrived back in the Bay Area on Friday morning $50,000 lighter in the pockets than they were when they left Cleveland after Game 6's 115-101 loss. Point guard Stephen Curry and head coach Steve Kerr were each fined $25,000 for separate incidents, NBA executive vice president of basketball operations Kiki VanDeWeghe announced. Curry was fined for throwing his mouthpiece at a spectator in the stands, an incident that resulted in a technical foul and an ejection with 4:22 remaining in the fourth quarter. Kerr was fined for public criticism of the officiating during his postgame news conference. Curry "had every right to be upset," Kerr said after the NBA Finals series wasa tied 3-3 on Thursday. [...] those three of the six fouls were incredibly inappropriate calls for anybody, much less the MVP of the league.
