Magic Johnson, Charles Barkley support Warriors' Draymond Green Two basketball Hall of Famers have come to Draymond Green's defense as the Warriors' All-Star forward deals with the fallout from a weekend altercation that resulted in his arrest in Michigan. Fellow Michigan State alum Magic Johnson tweeted that Green is "very apologetic to the Warriors organization, fans and everyone involved" after the incident in which Green allegedly slapped the face of a man the Mercury News identified as a Michigan State football player. TNT analyst and Charles Barkley, no stranger to run-ins with fans during his playing days in the NBA, was more aggressive in his backing of Green on Dan Le Batard's ESPN Radio show Tuesday morning. Good for Draymond Green," Barkley said before adding that the media have given fans power on social media "to say anything they want about these professional players.
