Can Patrick McCaw build off his impressive start? Clippers (preseason game) Steve Kerr, 3rd season with Warriors (140-24 with Warriors and overall); Doc Rivers, 4th season with Clippers (166-80 with Clippers and 753-553 overall) Warriors injury report: SF Kevon Looney (left groin strain) is doubtful. Green missed shoot-around Tuesday for personal reasons, but is expected to be available for the exhibition against the Clippers. The seven-time NBA All-Star endured some growing pains Saturday in his Warriors debut, finishing with 9 points on 2-for-9 shooting with three turnovers. Though it'll take significant time for him to fully integrate himself into such a talent-laden roster, Durant hopes to see the floor better Tuesday. The second-round pick from UNLV followed up a strong showing at the Las Vegas Summer League with a solid performance Saturday. In 22 minutes, McCaw had 11 points on 5-for-7 shooting with five steals and four assists. If the rookie can build off his hot start, he'll have a real shot at beating out Ian Clark for the backup shooting guard job. During his three seasons with Golden State, Speights became a fan favorite for his clutch jumpers and infectious smile.
