Two blocks by Kevin Durant in the final 91 seconds helped deflate the Raptors' comeback bid and extend Golden State's streak without consecutive regular-season losses to 119 games. By the time the final buzzer sounded, a player known more for his offensive potency than his rim protection had five swatted shots. Klay Thompson (21 points, six rebounds) and Draymond Green (14 points, 10 rebounds) also helped ensure the Warriors their share of sloppiness. Though Golden State shot 56.8 percent from the field, including 14-of-23 from beyond the arc, its 20 turnovers and 19-9 disadvantage on the offensive glass allowed Toronto to hang close. With the Warriors nursing a seven-point lead and 1:31 left, Durant rejected a DeMar DeRozan layup attempt. A team that sits just behind the Cavaliers for the Eastern-Conference lead watched helplessly as Golden State gashed it for highlight after highlight: a Green lob to JaVale McGee for a monstrous alley-oop; a one-handed dunk by Andre Iguodala in transition; a put-back layup by Ian Clark. With four seconds left in the second quarter, Durant netted a corner three-pointer to send a capacity Oracle Arena crowd of 19,596 to its feet.
