During Clemson's win Monday over Alabama in the college football national-title game, Steve Kerr became increasingly annoyed by the number of plays reviewed. Speaking Thursday before Denver's 140-112 rout of Indiana at London's O2 Arena, Silver told reporters that the league is focused on speeding up the end of games to entertain younger fans who "have increasingly short attention spans." Five Golden State players are among the top nine vote-getters for the NBA All-Star Game, per the second round of fan balloting returns released Thursday. The NBA changed its system this season so that instead of having complete say on the starters, the fan vote counts only 50 percent toward the outcome. Players and media split the other 50 percent. [...] Pachulia would need a huge lead in the fan vote to withstand the inevitable dip when player and media ballots are recorded. Golden State had held optional yoga sessions at the club's downtown Oakland practice facility in the past, but this marked the first class that was mandatory.
