NEW YORK — Former Warriors forward David Lee has retired from the NBA, the two-time All-Star announced Sunday on Instagram. Lee, 34, played for 12 years, most recently with the Spurs last season. The high point was with the Warriors, when he averaged 16.7 points and 9.6 rebounds over five seasons (2010-15). In 2013, he became Golden State's first All-Star since Latrell Sprewell in 1997. He came off the bench for the 2014-15 team that won the franchise's first NBA title in 40 years. Lee was also named an All-Star in 2010, with the Knicks.
