Patrick McCaw and Omri Casspi will start Monday night's game against Sacramento, in place of injured MVPs Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant. Durant will miss his third consecutive game with a sprained left ankle. Curry bruised his right hand Saturday night against New Orleans. Head coach Steve Kerr said there's "not a huge level of concern" over either injury, and he expects Curry to play Wednesday night against the Lakers in Los Angeles. Draymond Green (bruised foot) and Andre Iguodala (sore knee) also were on the injury report Sunday, but they will play Monday night. Casspi was a logical replacement for Durant — this will be Casspi's fourth start of the season — but McCaw was a surprise.
