Warriors forward Draymond Green has been ruled out of Monday night's game against Phoenix with a sprained left index finger. Green has appeared in 49 of a possible 56 games this season. With rookie forward Jordan Bell (left ankle inflammation) already sidelined, Kevon Looney could start at power forward. Green, who has been named to his third straight All-Star Game, is averaging 11.3 points, 7.9 rebounds and 7.3 assists per game this season. Fresh off another quick G League stint, guard Patrick McCaw is questionable with a sprained left thumb. Connor Letourneau is a San Francisco Chronicle staff writer.
