Kevon Looney will start for the Warriors at center Saturday evening against the Pelicans. It marks his second time starting at the five spot, with his first coming April 1 against Phoenix. Golden State head coach Steve Kerr decided to start Looney at center because New Orleans is going small. A versatile big man adept at defending guards off screens, Looney is better-suited to keep up with the Pelicans' up-tempo lineup than Zaza Pachulia or even JaVale McGee. That Kerr switched up his center rotation yet again Saturday unscored that he is committed to letting matchups dictate who starts at the five. "It'll change from one game until the next," Kerr said.
