Warriors coach Steve Kerr is in the final year of his contract, but he has made it clear he’s in no rush to sign an extension.As Kerr ponders his decision while the 2025-26 NBA season plays out, Warriors general manager Mike Dunleavy isn’t worried about the two sides working out a deal.“Look, the reality is, Steve can stay as long as he wants,” Dunleavy told Bonta Hill, Festus Ezeli and Raj Mathai on NBC Sports Bay Area’s “Warriors Pregame Live” before Tuesday’s game against the Los Angeles Clippers. “He’s got great self-awareness.
