In February 2024, Spencer signed a two-way deal with the Warriors, and since then, became a steady rotation player and fan favorite amongst Dub Nation, known and admired for his relentless competitiveness and tough demeanor.

Spencer played just six games with Golden State during the 2023-24 season. That number was bumped to 39 the following season and then to 66 games (14 starts) this past 2025-26 season.
