Warriors rookie Yaxel Lendeborg wrapped up his impressive 2026 NBA Summer League run with some much-deserved hardware.In Golden State’s 94-90 win over the Memphis Grizzlies during the summer league final, Lendeborg posted a double-double with 21 points and 10 rebounds in 32 minutes on the court. With his stellar performance, the 23-year-old earned himself the summer league MVP award, selected by a vote of all 30 NBA teams. Yaxel Lendeborg of the @warriors has been named Most Valuable Player of the 2026 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas.
Lendeborg averaged 14.8 points, 6.8 rebounds and 4.0 assists in six games as Golden State won the championship.
