Basketball season is near and the Warriors are getting ready to begin training camp, hoping to bounce back after missing the NBA playoffs last season. But when the season begins, the franchise will be missing a couple of key players such as Moses Moody, who is recovering from a knee injury.Moody is set to miss the early portion of the 2026-27 NBA season, but during media day on Monday, he reflected on his rehab and why stayed positive in the wake of his horrific injury.

“It’s funny. My first thought on the ground was, I know this is going to be a good thing at some point. I’m going to say I’m happy this happened,” Moody told reporters. “So what’s the point of being upset about it right now if I’m going to be happy that it happened?

“Then the next step is I got to make it a good thing. So whatever time it allowed me to have, do something with that time. I’d be happy that I had the time to do. Then on the basketball court, being able to slow down and train my movements and body and a bunch of stuff that might normally get passed up because I got so many other things to work on.
