Howard finally played against the league's best team over the weekend and the result was even worse thanks to the "Splash Brothers." Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and the Warriors can establish a franchise record with a 17th straight home victory Wednesday night and sweep the Rockets for the first time in 41 seasons. Golden State (33-6) beat Houston 98-87 on Nov. 8 and 105-93 on Dec. 10, though Howard missed both contests - once due to the flu and once due to a right knee strain. Howard was available Saturday with team highs of 23 points and 10 rebounds in the Warriors' 131-106 rout in Houston.
