Klay Thompson likely to start tonight vs. Wizards

(AP photo) This is just what the Washington Wizards wanted to hear: Klay Thompson is ready to play some basketball. Warriors coach Steve Kerr said Thompson, inactive for the Warriors' past three games because of a sprained right ankle, probably will start tonight against the Wizards. Kerr indicated Thompson simply needed to get through warm-ups without any unexpected trouble. If that happens, he will return to the lineup alongside Stephen Curry. The Warriors probably would limit Thompson to no more than 25 minutes in tonight's game. "Klay wanted to play the last
