How will interior defense hold up against Spurs? Steve Kerr, 3rd season with Warriors (140-24 with Warriors and overall); Gregg Popovich, 21st season with Spurs (1,574-1,089 with Spurs and overall) On air: TNT; Radio on 95.7 FM Warriors (0-0); Spurs (0-0) Spurs: PG Tony Parker, SG Kyle Anderson, SF Kawhi Leonard, PF LaMarcus Aldridge, C Pau Gasol Spurs injury report: SG Danny Green (quad) is out. Though Kevin Durant impressed in preseason, the seven-time NBA All-Star is keenly aware that a lot changes when the games count. Durant, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green will face a Spurs defense Tuesday that led the league last season with just 92.9 points allowed per game. Though Durant makes Golden State more versatile on both sides of the ball, he could also make it more turnover prone. How does the Warriors' interior defense look? Though the 7-foot, 270-pound JaVale McGee is an athletic specimen who can block shots, he was nearly out of the league before joining the Warriors as a training-camp invitee.
