The Golden State Warriors were blasted by the Lakers on Nov. 4 and then they played eight games before meeting the Lakers again on Nov. 23, which included a four-game trip to the East. The Warriors won all eight, which didn't include the rematch with Los Angeles on Wednesday night. So what was the key to Golden State's success during the win streak? Here they are. 1. The Warriors defense picked up, particularly in blocked shots. Last year, with supposedly a better defensive group, the Warriors averaged 6.07 blocks a game.
