Warriors’ Damian Jones called up from Santa Cruz

Center Damian Jones has been called up from the NBA Development League's Santa Cruz Warriors, Golden State announced Monday morning. Jones, who could make his NBA debut Monday night against the Hawks, averaged 3.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.5 blocks and 1.5 assists in two games with Santa Cruz. Jones, 21, tore his right pectoral muscle while weight lifting 12 days before going 30th overall to the Warriors in June's NBA draft.
