Warriors’ Patrick McCaw to start vs. Nets

With Warriors forward Kevin Durant sidelined Saturday night with a left hand contusion, rookie guard Patrick McCaw will start against the Nets. Kerr opted for McCaw over Andre Iguodala to keep his second unit intact and minimize the changes to his rotation.
