Warriors forward Kevin Durant will start in Game 4 Monday night against the Trail Blazers, Golden State has announced. Though Durant is back in the rotation, point guard Shaun Livingston (right index finger) and forward Matt Barnes (right ankle/foot sprain) remain out. If Golden State wins Monday, it'll have at least five days off before facing the winner of the Jazz-Clippers series in the Western Conference semifinals.
