Stephen Curry clarifies Warriors-Celtics Finals prediction

PHILADELPHIA — Late Saturday night, in the wake of the Warriors' 124-116 win over the 76ers, Stephen Curry took issue with a quote that went viral after Thursday's loss to the Celtics. Asked if he and Golden State would see Boston in the NBA Finals, Curry said: "It's very, very likely, right? They're playing the best right now in the East and obviously until they beat Cleveland, whose done it three years in a row —so we'll see, but I hear the weather is great here in June." Two parts of that quote — "It's very, very likely" and "I hear the weather is great here in June" rippled through the blogosphere, omitting Curry's mention of the Cavaliers.
