The Warriors' Omri Casspi will start at power forward Monday night against Phoenix in place of the injured Draymond Green, head coach Steve Kerr said. Casspi, who will get his seventh start this season, has fallen out of the rotation recently. Since an illness sidelined him three games last month, he has logged DNPs in three of 11 games, averaging 5.8 minutes. His stay in the starting lineup shouldn't last long. Kerr said he expects Green, who is out with a sprained left index finger, to return for Wednesday night's game in Portland. Connor Letourneau is a San Francisco Chronicle staff writer.
