Kevin Durant on possibly playing Thunder in playoffs: ‘It would be a fun series’

OKLAHOMA CITY — It wasn't long ago that Warriors forward Kevin Durant was reluctant to even discuss Oklahoma City. Now, 20 months after leaving the Thunder for the team that had just ousted them from the playoffs, Durant hopes to return to Oklahoma City for the first round of the playoffs in two weeks. "It would be a fun series, especially with playing in Oklahoma City again, being in that atmosphere in the playoffs," Durant said after shoot-around Tuesday afternoon at Chesapeake Energy Arena. "It's always fun." With a week left in the regular season, the Thunder are one of seven teams — San Antonio, Utah, Minnesota, New Orleans, Denver and the L.A.
