Warriors’ Stephen Curry on track to return for Game 2 vs. Pelicans

Warriors guard Stephen Curry is on track to return for Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinals Tuesday night against the Pelicans. "I'd be surprised if he didn't play, but we've got to adjust for caution," Golden State head coach Steve Kerr said after practice Monday afternoon. "We'll wait for tomorrow to see how he's feeling." The Warriors held Curry out of Game 1 on Saturday because he had only played one 5-on-5 contact scrimmage since he sprained his left MCL in a March 23 win over Atlanta. Golden State didn't practice Sunday, but Curry still scrimmaged at the practice facility against several of the team's younger players.
