As the Warriors prepare for Game 4 of the Western Conference finals Tuesday, they can find comfort in their surroundings — because postseason games at Oracle Arena are a devastating, historic mix. Golden State earned its 16th consecutive home playoff victory Sunday, setting an NBA record. That eclipsed the previous standard of 15 set in 1990 and '91 by Michael Jordan and the Bulls. The Warriors haven't lost a postseason game in Oakland since June 2016, when LeBron James and the Cavaliers stunningly snatched Game 7 of the NBA Finals. Or put it this way: The Warriors are 16-0 at home in the playoffs since Kevin Durant hopped aboard (and 10-4 on the road).
No place like home for record-setting Warriors
