By the time the first quarter came to a merciful end Saturday night, a light chorus of boos was emanating from the sellout crowd at Oracle Arena. It was Golden State fans' way of voicing their disapproval over the fact that, in an elimination game, the home team already trailed by 17 points. Contrast that to the second half, when those same fans hollered as the Warriors blitzed the Rockets with a barrage of three-pointers in the third quarter, then breezed to a 115-86 win in Game 6 of the Western Conference finals. Game 7 is Monday in Houston. Within the first 95 seconds of the third quarter, Golden State unleashed a quick 8-0 run to force Houston head coach Mike D'Antonio into a timeout.
