Warriors guard Klay Thompson expects to play Game 2 of the NBA Finals on Sunday night after sustaining a left lateral leg contusion in Game 1. "I'm sore, but it's nothing too bad," Thompson said Friday in a conference call. "It's less sore than it was last night, so that's a great sign. I expect it to heal up even more by tonight, hopefully." With 6:17 left in the first quarter Thursday and Golden State down 18-15, Thompson caught a pass along the perimeter. Cavaliers guard J.R. Smith slipped on the court and inadvertently fell into Thompson. After writhing on the court for a couple moments, Thompson, grimacing, climbed to his feet and limped toward the bench.
