The Warriors are waiving forward Chris Boucher, a source has confirmed with The Chronicle. Yahoo Sports was first to report news of Boucher's impending release. One of two Golden State players on a two-way contract last season, Boucher was sidelined until mid-January with a torn ACL he sustained as a senior at Oregon. In 20 games with the Santa Cruz Warriors, Golden State's G League affiliate, he averaged 11.8 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.1 blocks in 22.2 minutes. In mid-March, with the NBA club decimated by injuries, Boucher made a one-minute cameo during a win over the Lakers. At age 25, he is older than five Golden State players, including former Oregon teammate Jordan Bell.
