After winning their second straight NBA title in June, the Warriors added a four-time NBA All-Star in DeMarcus Cousins. So it's no surprise that, in NBA.com's 2018-19 GM Survey published Wednesday, Golden State was heavily represented. Most notable: Eighty-seven percent of the league's general managers picked the Warriors to win the NBA title, beating out Boston (7 percent) and Houston (7 percent). It was a slight drop from last year, when 93 percent of GMs picked Golden State to repeat.
