After winning their second straight NBA title in June, the Warriors added a four-time NBA All-Star in DeMarcus Cousins. So it's no surprise that, in NBA.com's 2018-19 GM Survey published Wednesday, Golden State was heavily represented. Most notable: Eighty-seven percent of the league's general managers picked the Warriors to win the NBA title, beating out Boston (7 percent) and Houston (7 percent). It was a slight drop from last year, when 93 percent of GMs picked Golden State to repeat. Here are some other highlights from the survey: >> With 27 percent of the vote, Kevin Durant was the second most likely player to win MVP, behind LeBron James (30 percent). >> Durant and Stephen Curry checked in at No. 3 and No.
