Which NBA teams have the best odds of dethroning the Golden State Warriors?

It seems to be a foregone conclusion at the beginning of each NBA season that the Golden State Warriors will be the last team standing at the end. With LeBron now out of the East (and also out of the playoffs), is there any roster out there that can stop them? Golden State may still have the best odds at winning the NBA championship in 2019, but there are several teams – one in the West and several from the East – that could pose a legitimate threat to the dynasty in these playoffs.
