But, more than that, the Blazers now have two wins against teams with a winning record at the time of the game played. Portland was down by as many as 14 points. And yeah, yeah, the Raptors were undermanned dealing with injuries to key players; however, that hasn't meant the Blazers have been able to take advantage of injury riddled teams in the past this season (hello, Golden State Warriors in November), and it hasn't prevented the Raptors from getting victories this season.
