Warriors guard Jacob Evans left Tuesday's game against the Dallas Mavericks and was taken to a nearby hospital for testing after he was elbowed in the face in the second quarter. Mavericks big man Dwight Powell's right elbow caught Evans in the face as Powell went up for an alley-oop. Evans needed assistance off the court and to the locker room.
