Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson was officially ruled out for the season last week after sitting out the first 55 games of the season after suffering a torn ACL during Game 6 of the 2019 NBA Finals. According to a statement released by the Warriors, Thompson's latest evaluation has him "right on track with his rehabilitation timeline" and he's expected to return for the team's 2020-21 training camp in late September. And while that's still seven months away, it didn't stop the Thompson Return Hype Train from leaving the station a bit early.
