Golden State general manager Bob Myers reiterated Saturday that a Game 2 return for Kerr is "on the table," though no definitive timetable has been set. After the Warriors' Game 1 rout Thursday night of the Cavaliers in the NBA Finals, ESPN reported that "there remains some optimism" Kerr could coach Sunday in Game 2. Though well enough to travel with the team, participate in coaches' meetings and do some on-court coaching in practices, Kerr is still dealing with complications from back surgery two years ago. Since Kerr stepped away from the sideline before Game 3 of the first round, acting head coach Mike Brown has led Golden State to 11 consecutive wins.
