Solomon Kahn, who grew up in San Rafael and went on to become a high-profile disc jockey for the Golden State Warriors and San Francisco Giants, was killed Tuesday in Bangkok, Thailand, when a taxi in which he was riding was struck from behind by a truck. He was 34.
