Warriors’ Draymond Green ruled out of Portland game with sore shoulder
Warriors forward Draymond Green has been ruled out of Monday night's game against Portland with a sore right shoulder, Golden State head coach Steve Kerr said. Green has been dealing with shoulder pain for about a week and sat out Wednesday's win over Charlotte. He returned for Friday's win over Detroit, overcoming a 1-for-6 shooting night with 13 assists, six rebounds, six blocks and three steals. Previously listed as probable for Monday's game against the Trail Blazers, he was held out after experiencing nagging shoulder pain. "I don't think it's serious, but it's enough to keep him from playing tonight," Kerr said of Green, who is averaging 10.1 points, 7.2 rebounds and 7.3 assists per game.
