SALT LAKE CITY — Less than four months after being waived by the Jazz, Warriors forward Jonas Jerebko got a measure of revenge Friday night, tipping in a missed jumper from Kevin Durant to help send Golden State to a 124-123 win over his former team. After finishing a postgame interview on the Vivint Smart Home Arena court, Jerebko stopped in front of the tunnel, grabbed his right arm band and tossed it to a kid in a Golden State jersey. It will be a lasting reminder to that young fan of a night Jerebko surely won't soon forget. Three nights after going scoreless in the Warriors' season-opening win over Oklahoma City, Jerebko had 10 points on 4-for-5 shooting to go with six rebounds in 24 minutes.
